When it came to creating the presentation I tried to keep the amount of text on the slides to a minimum and relay most of the information myself. As well as this, I tried to make it so the slides were well organised and concise so that they didn't come across as too heavy or cluttered to the audience. Furthermore, I decided to dedicate whole slides to some of the images I was using because I was fortunate enough to find some highly relevant and images that were also a high resolution. This also meant I could use them as a talking point or even as a prompt to relay certain aspects of the production process that I wanted to talk about.
When it came to presenting I didn't feel that anxious however, I did find myself stumbling over my words a little as I was trying to remember some of the details in the information that I was trying to relay. I think one of the hardest parts about presenting is trying to make a conscious effort to look at the audience when you have an almost natural inclination to look at the screen since that is the main focal point of the presentation. But also trying to remember the points you want to make, and voice them in an elegant manner. I think I managed to say the majority of what I wanted or that I had planned to but I definitely feel I could have been smoother in the way I spoke. Mid-presentation I realised that I was talking a little too fast and tried to slow down, I think from now on I'm just going to try and speak as slowly as is reasonable because this will also give me a better ability to think about what I'm going to say and construct the sentences in my head.
